The plan survives contact with reality because exceptions are the design center: unreachable recipients, blocked access, and failed handoffs each have a rehearsed fallback before an operator ever gets paged.
A low-charge unit doesn't strand its route. A nearby machine delivers a fresh battery pack and Module 1T3F swaps it in the field — the fleet rescues its own endurance without a van roll.
Sealed locker compartments open only at the assigned stop, and every load, transfer, and hand-off is a signed event in the evidence log — proof of delivery that stands up to a dispute.
