Orders batch in Titan Command Center and the planner assigns legs across the network — wheeled trunk routes, aerial jumps over water and gridlock, legged final meters into buildings.

Rehearse the Network

Titan Matrix replays the delivery graph under stress before the wave commits: road closures, pop-up no-fly zones, elevator outages, weather cells crossing flight legs.

Load & Dispatch

Cargo lockers are loaded, sealed, and signed per stop. Machines roll on staggered schedules so hub throughput stays level instead of spiking.

Run the Routes

Titan 0000 holds the trunk lines, Titan 88 crosses what roads can't, Titan 1111 climbs the stairs and crosses the lobby. Each handoff is a signed locker event, not a hope.

Exceptions to Humans

A blocked porch, a locked gate, a recipient who isn't there — model-first decisions resolve most of it on-device, and the rest pages an operator who fixes it by teleop without leaving the console.

Proof & Resync

Every stop closes with a signed hand-off record. Telemetry, exceptions, and proof-of-delivery sync back to Titan Command Center, and lockers cycle back into the next wave.

Exception Handling

The plan survives contact with reality because exceptions are the design center: unreachable recipients, blocked access, and failed handoffs each have a rehearsed fallback before an operator ever gets paged.

Battery Rescue

A low-charge unit doesn't strand its route. A nearby machine delivers a fresh battery pack and Module 1T3F swaps it in the field — the fleet rescues its own endurance without a van roll.

Chain of Custody

Sealed locker compartments open only at the assigned stop, and every load, transfer, and hand-off is a signed event in the evidence log — proof of delivery that stands up to a dispute.

Night Waves

With 8+ hours of continuous autonomy, trunk moves and micro-hub replenishment run overnight, so daylight machines start their waves from stock that's already forward-positioned.
